To Make Your Hotel Arrangements,
To receive the negotiated group rate, make your hotel reservations online. Room rate does not include 18% sales tax, subject to change. A valid credit card is required to book online to guarantee your reservation. To receive the government per diem rate, attendees must present a valid Government ID when checking into hotel. For the government per diem rate to be tax exempt, the hotel requires an Individual and Company tax exemption form.
Cancellations and Changes
All cancellations, date and name changes must be made through the JFPS Hotel Reservation Office and must be received by Friday, October 9. After October 9, the JFPS Hotel Reservation Office will continue to process reservations and changes subject to hotel availability. If a guest is called to active duty, notification of cancellation must be made prior to 24 hours of arrival. Failure to check in on the scheduled date of arrival will result in the loss of first night's lodging plus appropriate taxes, if applicable, and cancellation of room for the remainder of the stay. A fee may be assessed for early departures.
Payment
Reservations cannot be processed without a guarantee. A guarantee may be made by credit card, check, or purchase order:
- American Express, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover are acceptable for guarantee. Your credit card may be charged by the hotel on or after Thursday, October 30. Credit cards may not be changed to a different card once the initial deposit has been charged.
- Checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and made payable to the JFPS Hotel Reservation Office for 1 night's lodging excluding tax.
- Purchase orders must be payable to the hotel.
Note that all reservations are guaranteed for late arrival. Rates are extended 3 days prior to and 3 days following the official dates of the meeting, based on availability.
