Simplifying the Leadership Paradigm

Description

Leaders don’t learn how to lead because of their positions, but rather by their understanding of just a few key principles and determinants – and their ability to influence others.  Yet, there are literally billions of websites and resources giving you guidance on how to lead, which can become overwhelming. This keynote presentation uses leadership research, human physiology, anecdotal evidence and experiences to provide a simplified approach to elevating your leadership.  Participants will learn the most critical foundational principles and determinants that impact others - and will be provided with exercises to practice these skill sets daily.
