Description

Drawing from his real-life experiences as a Navy pilot during the Vietnam War, Dave Carey shares lessons on meeting the challenges of leadership and using creative problem solving under adverse circumstances, explains how pharmacy personnel can tap into their internal strengths to bring to the workplace; discusses individuals’ own sphere of influence and the impact of their words and actions; explores personal restrictions to creativity and innovation; and reflects on making choices in both professional and personal lives.
