Leading by Example

Description

Leading a group requires the ability to motivate others and inspire change.  This can occur on any level within an organization but is most successful with a clear understanding of leadership principles.  This keynote presentation explores the components of effective listening and communication, while explaining how to develop common goals in various practice settings.  Participants will learn how to develop and apply these skills when leading by example.
