Defense Logistics Agency Tools and Cost Savings Measures

DLA offers many tools to help the DoD navigate through their supply channels. Often the junior officers and enlisted technicians don’t know how we can help them. This presentation describes the tools that supply technicians and department heads can use to navigate the tricky supply tasks and describe how to best interpret the B2G report that is sent out monthly optimizing cost savings.
