Army Pharmacy Strategic Initiatives Update

Description

This presentation provides the participant with knowledge of the top priorities of Army Pharmacy leadership for enhancing enterprise improvements in health care delivery.  Students gain an understanding of how measures of performance directly correlate to executing a strategic plan, along with points of contact for many senior leaders.

Pharmacist Learning Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:

  1. List the multiple initiatives that contribute to the Army Pharmacy Strategic Plan.
  2. Discuss initiatives that reflect the Army Pharmacy Strategic Plan and describe success or lessons learned through managing and executing change.
  3. Describe measures of performance that demonstrate enterprise adoption of the Army Pharmacy Strategic Plan.
  4. Identify new lines of effort under new Army Pharmacy Strategic Plan and new Army Pharmacy Consultant.
