Lt Col Robert “Taz” Rainey, USAF, BSC is a pharmacist with nineteen years’ service in the United States Air Force. He is a board-certified Fellow with The American College of Healthcare Executives and holds Black Belts in Lean and Six Sigma. Lt Col Rainey is a two-time graduated squadron commander and currently the Pharmacy Flight Commander at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida.
