Dr. Max Burchett, Jr., PharmD is the Assistant Director of Pharmacy and Clinical Informaticist for the Oklahoma City Indian Clinic. Dr. Burchett received his Doctor of Pharmacy from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in 2013 and began working for the Oklahoma City Indian Clinic in 2015. During his time at the Oklahoma City Indian Clinic Dr. Burchett has been involved in the creation and implementation of numerous pharmacy managed clinics and the evolution of the pharmacy robotics systems. He was named a Rising Star Pharmacist by APhA in 2014 and has been chosen as a Clinical Poster presenter for the last 6 years at the ASHP Midyear Conference and the last 2 years at the JFPS Conference. In addition the Oklahoma City Indian Clinic was named Pharmacy of the Year in 2016.
In his free time Dr. Burchett is a lifelong student and currently holds degrees in Music Education, Chemistry, Conducting, Healthcare Administration, Native American Leadership, and will begin his pursuit of a PhD in Administration in January of 2021.
