US Public Health Service Commissioned Corps
LCDR Nicholas Daniel, PharmD, BCPS, of the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps (PHS), is currently stationed with the Food and Drug Administration’s Office of Generic Drugs (OGD), where he serves as a Team Leader for Regulatory Project Managers. Originally from Birmingham, AL, LCDR Daniel received his PharmD from Samford University in 2014. Upon graduation, LCDR Daniel received his commission into the PHS and completed a PGY-1 pharmacy residency with the Indian Health Service in Shiprock, NM. In November 2016, LCDR transitioned to OGD’s Division of Project Management, where he served as a Regulatory Project Manager (RPM) until February 2020. As a Team Leader, LCDR Daniel provides day-to-day guidance and oversight for a team of RPMs who manage the review of generic drugs and serve as a point of contact for industry applicants throughout the review process.
