Daniel Zlott, PharmD, BCOP is the Senior Vice President of Education and Business Development at the American Pharmacists Association. Prior to joining APhA, he was a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist with the U.S. National Cancer Institute’s Immunotherapy & Surgical Oncology programs at the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH). He was part of the team that developed the first Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell therapy for B-cell cancers. He was also the Director of the NIH PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency Program and an investigator on more than 40 NCI-sponsored clinical trials. He is a graduate of the University of California San Francisco and completed his PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency there before moving to the NIH, where he completed his PGY2 Oncology Pharmacy Residency.
