Pharmacists have been on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic for nine months and counting. Constant developments in Congress and federal agencies have implications for pharmacists’ practices. This presentation will review the "then and now" of governmental action in response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the impact of legislation and regulations on provider status efforts and pharmacists’ scope of practice.
