Everyone can be a leader in any sense of the word. Leadership is much more than giving direction, managing personnel, and focusing on strategies and objectives. Effective leaders practice everyday a mindset that is open to options and possibilities in addition to focusing on the outcomes they must achieve. Leading can get messy and complicated; consciously accepting that fact and preparing for those course corrections helps every leader fulfill his or her role. During this session, former APhA COO Elizabeth Keyes will share her insights and experiences to achieve a leadership mindset focused on personal growth and professional satisfaction.
