Navy Pharmacy Service Breakout: Grooming Future Leaders

Description

Navy pharmacy officers will be updated on strategic goals, enterprise-wide operations, recent policy and procedure changes, and performance measures applicable to military medicine and Navy Pharmacy operations. Topics include force-shaping guidance, career-enhancing mentorship, basic-to-advanced administrative skills, and optimization of resources to support mission readiness.

Pharmacist Learning Objectives

At the completion of this activity, participants will be able to:
1. List the benefits of forward-thinking, Executive Medicine level, strategic planning that shapes Navy Medicine and guides Navy Pharmacy operations.
2. Describe deck plate-to-executive level strategies to stimulate and foster professional growth and development of self and subordinates.
