When and where is JFPS 2017?
JFPS 2017 is held September 10-13, 2017 at the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando, Florida. Additional Pre-Conference Workshops are scheduled for Sunday, September 10. Check the Schedule for up-to-date information. 

Has JFPS 2018 been scheduled?
JFPS 2018 will be held September October 21-24, 2018 at the
Crowne Plaza and Marriott in Kansas City, MO.


Where can I find hotel information?
The hotel reservation system will open in June. The lowest federal and civilian rates will be available at that time.

What is the recommended airport?
Rosen Shingle Creek is just a 15-minute drive from Orlando International Airport.

What is the registration rate?
The full conference registration fee for pharmacists and technicians is $175 for APhA members and $200 for nonmembers. 


What is the maximum number of continuing pharmacy education credits I can receive at JFPS 2017?
APhA is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) as a provider of continuing pharmacy education (CPE). Depending on their organization or branch of service, qualified attendees are able to earn up to 18 hours of CPE credit.

What education sessions are offered?
The full schedule will be available in June.


How can I present a session?
Persons who are interested in presenting at JFPS should email Patricia Szybist with their CV and interest on topics or issues for consideration. The education session topics are determined by the Education Needs Survey and consultation with the JFPS Education Advisory Committee.  

How can I present a poster?
The online submission site for poster presentations is open. The deadline for submissions is Thursday, March 30. Please download the Call for Posters
