JFPS 2017 offers support levels that meet your needs — choose the level that's right for your organization. ALL LEVELS include these core benefits: One 10'x10' exhibit booth, company listing online and in the Program, and access to all JFPS education and social events.
- Platinum Level — $10,000; includes 8 registrations, additional booth $1,500
- Gold Level — $7,000; includes 6 registrations, additional booth $2,000
- Silver Level — $6,000; includes 4 registrations, additional booth $2,500
- Bronze Level — $5,000; includes 3 registrations, additional booth $3,000
Join the Andrew Craigie Circle
The Andrew Craigie Circle is named in honor of the first Apothecary General of the Revolutionary War and recognizes industry partners whose total contributions to JFPS equals or exceeds $20,000. Exhibit booth fees count as your base support level. Increase funding dollars and increase your support level!
Join us in the Exposition Hall on Sunday, September 10 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm for the Opening Reception — the official kick-off event for JFPS welcoming attendees with hors d'oeuvres and live entertainment. Exhibitors are required to staff their booths during the Opening Reception.
JFPS is excited to offer Presentation Theaters at JFPS 2017! Each Presentation Theater session provides attendees with an opportunity to ask product-specific questions of key experts and industry representatives, find out information on new pharmaceutical products and services, and learn the latest in data and research findings. Support an Event
Elevate your support level and increase your exposure by supporting an activity at JFPS! Additional benefits may include unlimited exhibitor registration badges and an exclusive opportunity to meet Joint Federal Pharmacy Leadership! A complete list of support opportunities is listed below, in alphabetical order. Not all opportunities may be available as the "right of first acceptance" is given to previous supporters. Aisle Signs — $5,000
This exclusive support opportunity includes your company logo and booth number on large format two-sided signage hanging below all the show aisle signs. Attendees see your company logo and booth number from all directions as they are walking the show floor.
Challenge Coin — $5,000
The JFPS Annual Challenge Coin is included in the registration bag. Along with the coin is a history of the Challenge Coin and an invitation to visit the booth of the supporter. A popular item and 'must-have' for attendees!
Charging Station — $10,000 each
Your company’s video message on a continuous loop at each recharging station while JFPS attendees power-up their smart phones, laptops, and other wireless devices.
Closing Events — $20,000
Join your colleagues as we bring together all of federal pharmacy for a special end of the 2017 JFPS celebration event prior to individual service and other federal agency award ceremonies. Appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages are provided, with a cash bar available. Support recognition includes recognition at event, in Program, and on signage.
Cyber Café — $5,000
The Cyber Café allows attendees access to the Internet to check email, download the latest meeting schedule, and obtain CPE credits. Supporter recognition on Cyber Café signage, in the Program, and at each computer station on the screen saver. Customized pens and note pads may also be provided at your expense.
Hotel Key Card — $5,000
Unlock a prolific range of exposure by associating your company with hotel door keys that attendees use multiple times every day. This in-demand support opportunity provides an exclusive entry to added value, check-in to check-out.
Mobile Application — $5,000
Be front and center as the exclusive supporter of the JFPS Mobile App. Your company logo will be on the opening splash page. You will have a customized banner ad and landing page along with a highlighted booth on the exhibitor map.
Neck Wallets — $5,000
All JFPS attendees must have their badge displayed at all times during the event. This is the perfect way to highlight your company. Your company’s name/logo be prominently displayed on each neck wallet.
Opening Reception — $15,000
The Opening Reception in the Exhibit Hall serves as the "kick off" event and provides an informal atmosphere to mix and mingle with attendees and industry partners. Appetizers and non-alcoholic beverages are provided, with a cash bar available. The supporting company is recognized at the Reception, in the Program, and on the Web site.
Pharmacy Technician Recognition — $3,000
Tuesday in the Exposition, pharmacy technicians are recognized and honored as part of National Pharmacy Technician Day. Help celebrate federal pharmacy technicians by supporting this event. Complimentary snacks are provided in the supporter's booth or in nearby JFPS Café. Recognition includes logo on all signage and recognition in the Program and on the Web site.
Presentation Theaters — $13,500 each
JFPS is excited to offer seven (7) Presentation Theater slots! Each one-hour Presentation Theater session provides attendees with an opportunity to ask product-specific questions of key experts and industry representatives, find out information on new pharmaceutical products and services, and learn the latest in data and research findings. Program and Web Site — $12,000
The JFPS Web site (www.jfpsinfo.org) is the primary marketing vehicle for JFPS and will be visited by thousands of uniform, civilian and retired federal pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Sole-supporter recognition includes animated banner on the home page linking to your Web site, logo included on all marketing emails, and 4-color ad on the back cover of the Program.
Registration Bags — $5,000
The registration bag is distributed to all meeting attendees. Promote your company name and logo (or a product-specific logo) on this highly-visible support opportunity. Marketing materials and/or a small give-away item can be included in each bag. This collectible piece is one of the most-visible items at JFPS.
Service Academic Awards — $500 each
Support for this program provides a plaque to selected pharmacists and technicians to recognize their contributions to federal pharmacy. Supporters are recognized at the event and may participate in the awards presentation.
Signature Event — $15,000
The Signature Event offers attending pharmacists and pharmacy technicians the opportunity to renew acquaintances with friends and colleagues at this festive gathering with live entertainment. Supporter recognized with signage, in the Program, on the Web site, and at event ceremonies.
WiFi Buyout — $20,000
The WiFi will provide coverage in all JFPS meeting and exhibit space at the Rosen Shingle Creek. Supporter logo will be included on the splash page when attendees connect to the Internet. Supporter will also be recognized throughout the event, including branded signage in JFPS meeting areas. In addition, supporter will be recognized on the JFPS website and in the Program.
